Perrier-Jouët launches new design at Cafe Sydney

Maison Perrier-Jouët hosted an exclusive media dinner in the private dining room at Cafe Sydney to celebrate the launch of the new Grand Brut Non-Vintage bottle design and to introduce Séverine Frerson, the 8th Cellar Master of the Maison.

Hosted by Élysée Collective in collaboration with the house’s Australian brand ambassador team, the champagne showcase was attended by Australia’s most esteemed editors from publications including The Australian Financial Review Magazine, Delicious, Gourmet Traveller, Gourmet Traveller Wine, Qantas Magazine, Inside Out, The Australian WISH Magazine, Vogue Living and INPRINT.

Throughout the three-course champagne paired dinner, Perrier-Jouët’s Australian brand ambassador Thomas Lapeyre entertained guests with anecdotes from Perrier-Jouët’s rich history, highlighting the inspiration and flavour complexities behind each cuvée. After entree was served, Thomas conducted a virtual Q&A with new cellar master Séverine Frerson discussing the upcoming 2020 vintage, the history behind the new Grand Brut Non-Vintage bottle design, the Maison’s ongoing commitment to sustainability, and the future of the house.
