Luxury Italian haircare label Davines have announced the Australian launch of SU, a comprehensive and targeted collection designed to protect, hydrate and nourish the hair and skin while safeguarding the environment.
Offering a complete program ensuring sun protection through the day, the SU collection provides effective protection for the hair and skin before, during and after exposure to the sun.
Free from sulphates and parabens and formulated with Savona Chinotto extract, an active ingredient from a Slow Food Presidium farm of Alessandro Parodi, the SU collection is rich in antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties including Vitamin C to protect the hair and skin cells from damage caused by prolonged sun exposure.
The collection features a Hair Milk to protect hair against dehydration and damage caused by sun’s rays; a moisturising Hair & Body Wash; a restorative and anti-ageing Hair Mask; as well as a Tax Maximiser and After sun soothing, mineral rich gel.
Epitomising the Davines ethos of Sustainable Beauty, each formulation is enriched with the finest active ingredients that are rapidly biodegradable and of natural origin, developed to minimize their impact on the environment combining sustainability with quality salon results.
Housed in carbon-neutral packaging, the range contributes to Davines’ role in the Ethio Trees project, where carbon dioxide emissions generated by the production of each container are offset by contributing to the creation and protection of forests in various parts of the world.
