Prestigious British perfume house Floris London celebrated the Australian launch of their highly original collection of perfumes, home fragrances and candles with an intimate media breakfast at Centennial Homestead in Sydney.
Hosted by the house’s Australian distributor Agence de Parfum, together with luxury public relations agency Élysée Collective, the fragrance showcase was attended by Australia’s most esteemed editors and influencers including Eleanor Pendleton from Gritty Pretty, Talisa Sutton from Badlands Blog, David Novak-Piper from Vogue Living, former Vogue Australia editor in chief Kirstie Clements and Fragrances of the World Margaret Khoury.
Showcasing the beauty of the regal house, a decadent display of exquisite florals in crisp white and lush greenery featured throughout the event, with the glass enclosed space boasting spectacular views of Sydney’s iconic Centennial Park.
Along the long-table were flickering Floris candles, elegant, over-sized glass cloches to showcase the individual collections, and celebrated classics including No.89, White Rose and Bouquet de La Reine for the guests to sample.
Paying homage to the quintessential English gentleman, a vintage luggage display showcased the men’s grooming collection, bursting with florals, while personalised Floris confetti balloons in the house’s rich branded colours of navy and gold added an extra touch.
Throughout the breakfast Agence de Parfum’s Michael Marzano entertained guests with anecdotes from Floris’ rich heritage, drawing on historical touch points that make the house so special.
Floris London fragrances are available in Australia at Agence de Parfum’s retail arm Libertine Parfumerie, online through www.libertineparfumerie.com.au, as well as other niche perfumeries in Australia and New Zealand.
